You and Your General Practice (YYGP) describes what practices and patients can expect of each other and has been developed to help patients get the best from their GP team. YYGP also sets out how patients and or their representatives can provide feedback or raise concerns about their GP practice. We offer face to face, telephone or 24/7 online access via our website – depending on your clinical need. Your care may be provided by another health care professional in the surgery, again depending on your health care need.
Using the NHS App for appointments
If booking GP telephone calls via the NHS App, call back could be at any time between 9am-12pm and 2pm and 6pm. If there is a specific time that you cannot take a call please write this on the appointment message
